Brothers Mfg. Shipping Policy
For our established customers in the Twin Cities Metro Area with product orders over $50, we provide free shipping through Spee-Dee Delivery Service, typically getting your order to you within two business days of when it is placed. For orders under $50, we provide the same service with an additional charge of $5.
For customers outside our delivery area, we ship orders within three business days. We utilize Spee-Dee Delivery Service for addresses within their service area (ND, SD, NE, IL, IA, WI, and outstate MN). Outside of those states but still within the continental United States, we ship via UPS Ground. We do not ship to AK, HI, or internationally.
Shipping and handling costs are added to all orders shipped outside of our Twin Cities Metro delivery area.
Please note: we are unable to ship certain chemicals designated as Hazardous Materials via either Spee-Dee or UPS.

Brothers Mfg. 30-Day, Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the product—within 30 days of your purchase—in like-new condition with all the original packing materials, accessories, and manuals and we will refund the purchase price.
No questions, no hassle.
Note: Special order items do not qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee since we are not recommending the product for you. We recommend that new equipment be tested in a controlled environment before normal use.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from Brothers Mfg.—excluding special orders—simply return the item for a replacement, full credit, or refund within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping fees to return product.
When returning equipment, items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Customers are responsible for all freight fees to return items back to Brothers Mfg.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse credit on worn or used items in violation of the spirit of this policy. We reserve the right not to accept equipment not returned in original condition.
To receive full credit on restoration equipment, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original, unopened packaging. Customers are responsible for all freight fees to return items back to Brothers Mfg. If boxes are open or missing manuals, only in-store credit will be given for use on future purchases.
All special order items, those that are not normally stocked by Brothers Mfg., carry a 20% restocking fee if returned as new within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept special order items back after 30 days, regardless of their condition.
